La Fitness Baldwin Park offers a wide array of classes;
From personal training to Pilates, and their program includes a 30-day free trial that allows you to make a commitment to get a certain number of reps, sets, and exercises in a single week. If it sounds like a good deal and your gym is conveniently located near your home, you can start the 45-day introductory program at $29.95 per month.

In the past, Baldwin Park has had fitness classes that were extremely expensive. However, they’ve been pretty successful, especially in recent years. For instance, the gym has a 5-day fitness challenge that costs 10 bucks per person. With this particular program, participants are only required to do one round of exercise per day, or they can do as many rounds as they want, which can be a lot cheaper than other classes.
There are a number of benefits to doing a fitness challenge such as saving money on food, and for some, it may also be mentally motivating to think you are training for something you really care about. Another benefit is that the workouts will be more intense than other classes, and thus more stressful.
One of the reasons I like this program is it may actually have some merit.
It’s very hard to eat healthy when you’re too busy looking at your plate and constantly comparing it to someone else’s. So if you do a workout challenge and you manage to eat healthily, you’ll be more likely to stick to it.
Not only am I not one of those people, but I am also one of those people who actually does eat healthily. Since I am on a diet I am not going to give you my favorite breakfast, which is oatmeal with fruit and milk. However, I do have a pretty simple way to save money on that program. I have the right to claim that the meal I ate was not the one that I ate, and therefore deserve to eat more of the other meal.
So if you don’t want to give up an entire meal so that you can eat the other meal, make a list of all of your meals and write down the name of the meal you ate last time you had that meal. Then, if you eat a meal that doesn’t have the meal on the list, simply claim that meal and eat as much as you want.
