The only drawback to keto is that you will need to stick to this diet for a long time. That said, if you can stick to it, most of the time, you can stick to this diet for a couple months or even a year. The good news is that while it may seem like an extreme diet to you, it will help you lose a few pounds, especially since it has less sugar than most of the other diets out on the market. You only need to eat enough carbs to make you feel better, but you need to eat them in the right quantities to actually lose weight. After all, it could be that your body is telling you that you’re low on carbs. Or you might just be doing some dumb stuff.
