I could see how the first video would be funny as hell, but I would have really liked some actual instruction on how to use the various exercises featured in the videos. I was expecting to be shown how to move my body in a way that makes it look like I’m doing something specific, but instead, I was shown a bunch of random exercises. And then a bunch of random exercises.
I can see how you would think I’m saying that the exercises in the first video are the same as the exercises in the second video, and you’re probably right. But in reality, the exercises in the first video are different and they are meant to be practiced in a specific order. So the first video is a lot like a warm-up, and the second video is a great pre-workout. The order isn’t important.
