As a male, I have been diagnosed with Asr or Attention Deficit-Hyperactivity Disorder. In my case, this disorder stems from the fact that I spend much of my time focused on the opposite sex. I’m constantly checking my smartphone and social media with the assumption that they will be my next target. This has caused me to over-focus on the opposite sex. Which in turn has caused me to become socially and emotionally anxious.

When I was 20 my family doctor put me on ADHD medications. Which did nothing to help my anxiety. Since starting on these meds, I have been able to get rid of my tendency to over-focus on the opposite sex, which I attribute to the fact that I have been getting closer to my goal of becoming a man.

The problem is that ADHD medications do not necessarily make you a better person. They often make you feel worse and less able to focus. So even though some of my anxiety has decreased, I do still have a lot of anxiety attacks even though I have been on medication.

A lot of the time, it’s the exact opposite. That’s because it’s so easy to try to control the situation by focusing on the negative. When you are feeling anxious, you tend to view things in a negative light by focusing on the bad. But this thinking doesn’t help your anxiety because it takes the focus away from the positive. In other words, when you focus on a negative, you’re not able to feel that positive energy that comes from being happier.

Men and women react differently to the same stress. Men tend to focus on the negative and keep their anxiety high. Which makes it harder for them to be able to relax and feel good. This makes it more difficult to get better at using good energy to help you stay calm and relaxed.

Men who are stressed tend to be more emotional and less able to use positive energies. It will help them be able to relax. Women, on the other hand, tend to be more analytical and have more neutral psychology.
